**Immigration**
We are flexible with payments and can accept half of our fees at the start of your case, with the balance payable before the submission of your application. Below are the fees for various immigration applications:

**Consultation Fee:** £150 – £350, depending on the complexity of the legal matter.

**British Citizenship Applications**
– Registration as a British Citizen (children) – £900
– Naturalization as a British Citizen (adults) – £1,100

**Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)**
– ILR as a spouse or partner – £1,400
– Settlement as a child of a parent in the UK – £1,200
– Settlement following discretionary leave to remain – £1,400
– Settlement – long residence route – £1,400
– Settlement due to domestic violence – £900
– Settlement due to bereavement – £850
– Settlement – family member of armed forces personnel – £1,200

**Applications for Family Members of British Citizens and Persons Settled in the UK**
– Entry Clearance as a spouse, unmarried partner, or fiancé of a British citizen/person settled in the UK – £1,200 – £1,700
– Entry Clearance as a child of a parent or relative settled in the UK – £1,200 – £1,700
– Entry Clearance – dependent relative – £1,700
– Visa for family visit – £700 – £900
– Family Reunion (refugees) – £1,100 – £1,600
– Leave to remain as a parent of a British Citizen child (5-year route) – £1,200 – £1,700
– Leave to remain as a spouse/unmarried partner of a British Citizen (5-year route) – £1,200 – £1,700
– Leave to remain based on statelessness – £1,200 – £1,700
– Leave to remain on Human Rights grounds (family and private life) – £1,300 – £1,900
– Application for reconsideration – £1,200 – £1,700
– Leave to remain (other, including applications outside the Immigration Rules based on compassionate circumstances or medical treatment in the UK) – £1,600 – £1,900

**Deportation**
– Detention (removal cases only – preparing the application and representations to the Home Office) – £1,100 – £1,600
– Deportation – £1,700 – £2,100
– Application for bail – £850 – £1,100
– Attending court hearing (bail application) – £900 – £1,100

**Family Law**
Our fees for finances and children-related cases are charged at an hourly rate. Court fees vary based on the type of application.

**Legal Aid**
We are proud to offer legal aid funding in specific areas of family and housing law.
